PLC systems

Customer needs are the guidelines for us in the process of PLC system decision making. We use programmable controllers and network protocols provided by best global producers.

Our programmers develop software for PLC systems basing on years' experience in software commissioning in plants all over the world.

During software development complex tests and simulations are performed in our laboratory. During tests we check the main PLC control functions, data transfer interface between PLC system and control panels, SCADA systems. Information’s gathered in our laboratory enable process optimization which is resulting in high efficiency during commissioning in the plant.

Many years’ experience enable our programmers also to modernize already existing PLC control systems. Most important advantage of these kind of modernizations is decreasing of costs maintenance of old control systems. This includes lack of new experienced of operators working with formerly used software and hardware as well as lower availability of spare parts (which in case of new control systems are less expensive). These factors very often lead to decision of our clients to change already existing control systems to new ones in already existing plants. Process of modernization is very often difficult, time consuming and responsible.

New or modernized software prepared for our customer can:

  • Base on customers functions and their standard libraries,
  • Base on our company's control functions and standards checked in many industrial conditions,
  • Base on specially designed by us new customer oriented control functions and standards.

As a part of PLC systems programming we provide:

  • Software specification development,
  • Software standards development,
  • Interfaces of process data transfer between PLC control systems and SCADA systems,
  • Installations safety functions,
  • Communication between PLC controllers and distributed automation components,
  • Consultations with customer during programming,
  • Testing of particular functions in the process of software designing.

During designing distributed control systems we base on network solutions like:

  • ProfiBus,
  • InterBus,
  • ModBus,
  • DeviceNet,
  • Ethernet.

Example of tools which we are using:

  • Siemens (Step 7, Step 5),
  • Rockwell (RS Logix),
  • GeFanuc (Proficy Machine Edition Logic Developer),
  • Schneider Electric (Unity Pro, Concept),
  • Mitsubishi (GX IEC Developer),
  • Hitachi (ActSip H, Pro-H + LEW),
  • Omron (Cx-One),
  • Beckhoff (TwinCAT),
  • Relpol (PC Need).
